"Can't wait to fly with them again."
I had a flight with them back in the early Pandemic times, and while it was a bit of a headache to get my money back, I did get it back, and I was very, very pleased. I can't wait to fly with them again when we are able to go to Europe. The customer service agents were so helpful, despite being clearly overworked.

"TOTALLY DEPENDABLE"
Understood my sudden illness in Dublin, booked me the next morning with no charge, arranged hotel for me, all with a fine attitude for the passenger.
