Boarding with Aer Lingus was alright not awful but not exactly smooth either... the lines near the gate got a bit confusing and everything took longer than I thought it would. Staff were nice enough, just felt a little unorganised overall

I had to cancel my flight on Aer Lingus and, to be honest, I was fully expecting the refund to drag on forever. You always kind of assume these things are set up to make you give up or spend ages chasing someone. But I filled in the form, got the confirmation email quickly, and the money was back on my card within a few days. No endless phone calls, no back and forth, no feeling like I was being stalled. It wasn’t something I wanted to deal with, but it ended up being way smoother than I expected.

I had to change my flight and thought it was going to be one of those annoying, drawn-out calls where you sit on hold forever. I’m not exactly patient with that stuff. But I called Aer Lingus and got through faster than I expected. The person I spoke with was actually helpful and didn’t rush me, which I appreciated. It was just nice to get a real person quickly and get it sorted without losing half my day

I had to change my Aer Lingus flight at the last minute and, to be fair, the website made it straightforward. The options were clear and I could see the price difference before I paid, which helped. The fee still felt a bit steep though. After payment I did get that slightly uneasy feeling, like I wasn’t fully sure it had all gone through properly until the confirmation came in. "Clean and easy flight"
Well... I flew with Aer Lingus last week the cabin was really clean when we boarded. The seats, tray table, and even the floor all looked well taken care of, which I definitely appreciate on a longer flight. The toilets stayed tidy too. Overall, it was a simple, comfortable experience and I had no complaints

The flight price looked good at first and was cheaper than a few other options, but once I added bags and picked seats, the total jumped quickly. The trip itself wasn’t bad, but I don’t feel like it’s the great deal it used to be. Airlines need to be more upfront about the real cost from the start instead of making the base fare look low and then piling on fees.

"Surprisingly Easy Check-In"
I checked in on aerlingus and, it was smooth. My boarding pass popped up right away and there wasn’t really any messing around. I wasn’t totally sure it would be that simple, but it definitely felt easier than I expected.

"Surprisingly smooth and on time"
Flew with Aer Lingus last week i wasn’t expecting everything to run that smoothly. Both flights left pretty much on time, and we even landed a bit early coming back. There wasn’t any of the usual faffing around at the gate either, which was a nice change. Straightforward experience overall.
